Job Role

The Project Lead is accountable for deploying projects effectively, developing expertise in processes and customer relationships.

This role serves as the foundation of the project team, handling routine deployments while growing towards more complex responsibilities.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead planning and execution of deployment projects from start to finish.
  • Be the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring open, clear, and proactive communication.
  • Monitor milestones, resources, and budgets to deliver on time and within scope.
Logistics Coordination
  • Manage logistics including site assessments, equipment delivery, installation coordination, and vendor scheduling.
  • Resolve day-to-day deployment challenges efficiently and escalate complex issues when needed.
Documentation Reporting
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and status updates for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Analyze project outcomes and share lessons learned to improve processes.
Vendor Oversight
  • Coordinate with third-party installation vendors, ensuring schedules align and proposals meet expectations.
  • Monitor vendor performance and address quality or timing concerns promptly.

Key Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience in project coordination or management, especially in operational or deployment environments.
  • Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset and solid stakeholder management experience.
  • Experience managing logistics, vendor relationships, and multitasking in dynamic projects.

  • Learning Projects (5%): Exposure to complex deployments under guidance when required
