Job Overview

As a Campaign Deployment Specialist, you will be part of the CRM Campaign Management team supporting deployment across multiple countries and brands. This role is ideal for individuals with expertise in managing complex campaigns.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Deploying CRM campaigns with audience segmentation, creating targeted messages for various channels (email, app, SMS, etc.), and setting up journeys to ensure seamless customer engagement.
  • Establishing and localizing automations, journeys, messages, and data extensions within the Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Reviewing and testing campaign setups to guarantee successful deployments.
  • Monitoring campaign send-outs and promptly addressing any issues that may arise.
  • Maintaining adherence to a defined quality assurance process and ensuring timely deployment.

You will collaborate closely with the CRM Campaign Management team and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality results.
