Lead Conversion Designer

We are seeking a skilled Lead Conversion Designer to craft high-performing landing pages using Figma and Replo. The ideal candidate will have experience in web design, particularly in creating and optimizing landing page content.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design conversion-focused landing pages for direct-to-consumer brands based on defined roadmaps and strategic goals.
  • Implement responsive design principles for seamless user experiences across devices.
  • Stay current with industry trends and gather inspiration for page designs.
  • Use, maintain, and contribute to design systems in Figma.
  • Assist developers by reviewing and editing pages in Replo.
  • Utilize A/B testing results to inform design decisions and implement iterative changes to optimize performance.
  • Collaborate with marketing, content, and development teams to align landing page design with campaign objectives.
  • Communicate design concepts and optimization strategies to stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience in web design, with a focus on landing page creation and optimization.
  • Experience with design systems, particularly maintaining Figma libraries.
  • Advanced proficiency in Figma.
  • Understanding of A/B testing and comfort analyzing data.
  • Knowledge of Replo, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
