Senior Graphic Designer

About this role:

We are seeking a skilled Senior Graphic Designer to create and execute digital assets that support marketing campaigns across various platforms. This role involves working closely with the marketing team to deliver high-quality creative designs within provided briefs and brand guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design static creatives for Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns, ensuring all designs follow existing brand guidelines and are consistent across platforms.
  • Update and design Shopify landing pages to maintain a premium user experience, adhering to brand guidelines.
  • Design assets for Klaviyo email marketing campaigns and automated flows, incorporating visual storytelling techniques.
  • Evaluate and implement design briefs efficiently, focusing on performance and detail.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure creative alignment across channels, promoting seamless brand representation.
  • Produce high-quality visual assets in Figma, with pixel-perfect precision, meeting project deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in digital graphic design, preferably for eCommerce or related industries.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Figma, including strong command of design systems, layout, and prototyping.
  • Ability to design high-performing static creatives for Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ads, driving campaign success.
  • Strong experience in designing eCommerce landing pages (Shopify preferred), optimizing user engagement.
  • Solid background in email design (Klaviyo experience preferred), utilizing persuasive copywriting and visual elements.
  • Ability to understand performance briefs and translate business goals into visually compelling designs, enhancing brand recognition.
  • Exceptional attention to detail – pixel-perfect execution is non-negotiable, reflecting positively on the brand's reputation.
  • Ability to interpret and follow creative direction with minimal supervision, showcasing self-motivation and initiative.
  • Strong communication and English comprehension skills for clear collaboration with remote teams, fostering open dialogue.
  • Demonstrated ability to work at speed without compromising quality, managing multiple projects under tight deadlines, meeting stakeholder expectations.
  • Familiarity with basic marketing metrics and creative testing is a strong advantage, enabling data-driven design decisions.
  • Experience with tools such as Adobe Creative Suite is a plus, but Figma is essential, indicating proficiency in industry-standard software.
