Senior Finance Professional Sought

We are looking for an accomplished finance professional to lead our accounts payable and travel expense operations. The successful candidate will oversee a team of professionals, ensuring seamless invoice verification, payment authorizations, and employee expense report auditing.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned expert to leverage their expertise in managing corporate credit cards, supervising AP and T&E team members, and implementing stringent controls.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to foster strong relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead daily functions of a 2–7 member team within the Accounts Payable and Expense department
  • Maintain a robust control environment aligned with global policies and procedures
  • Supervise invoice processing to ensure accurate and timely bill settlements
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to resolve escalated issues
  • Review payment proposals for electronic transfers, checks, and wires
  • Resolve escalated payment issues in collaboration with internal and external parties
  • Address vendor and internal inquiries related to accounts payable
  • Develop and communicate AP reports as requested by management
  • Audit employee expense reports using Concur expense systems
  • Evaluate periodic Concur reports to provide KPIs and drive continuous improvement
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 4–7 years of relevant experience in accounts payable, expense auditing, or financial management
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and Oracle software
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in a relevant field or Chartered Accountant designation
  • Candidates fluent in additional languages (Thai or Mandarin) are preferred
