  2. Sourcing potential candidates from LinkedIn and other online portals.
  3. Reaching out to candidates and gathering necessary information.
  4. Setting up interviews between candidates and hiring managers with speed and efficiency.
  5. Managing the candidate database, providing consistent support and direction to staff and candidates.
  6. Delivering a great recruiting experience for all candidates.
  7. Working with peers and supervisors to determine a candidate's viability to support and resolve specific project needs.
  8. Identifying candidates by assessing skills, qualifications, and experience based on technical requirements.
  9. Conducting preliminary interviews with recruits to gauge interest, personality, etc.
  10. Managing long-term relationships with passive candidates.

Requirements for Success:

  1. Bachelor's degree or 5 years equivalent work experience.
  2. Minimum 3 years of experience in hiring healthcare roles in the US.
  3. Experience in interviewing and assessing potential hires for technical positions and assisting with onboarding processes.
  4. Firm understanding and implementation of recruiting metrics to drive decision-making is strongly preferred.
  5. Experience with sourcing techniques like Boolean, Google X-ray, etc.
  6. Ability to speak knowledgeably about the company and answer any technical questions a potential hire may have.
