Data Insights Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Data Insights Specialist to join our Mobile App Product Team.
About the role:
You will create exceptional user experiences for our Android and iOS applications. Working closely with our product team, your key responsibilities will include analyzing user behavior, defining KPIs, creating reports and dashboards, and taking part in decision-making processes regarding future app directions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement measurement plans, design reports, and maintain dashboards.
- Collaborate with engineers to prepare measurement specifications for new features.
- Participate in agile product development teams on a daily basis, contributing to standups, brainstorming sessions, planning, and backlog refinements.
- Analyze A/B testing results to enhance user experience and conversion rates.
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in digital analytics.
- Proficiency in SQL for data exports and SELECT-statements.
- Strong knowledge of statistics, including averages, means, quantiles, and correlations.
- Familiarity with Excel or Google Sheets for data collection and analysis.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Preferrable Skills
- Familiarity with BI tools such as Google Data Studio, BigQuery, or Tableau.
- Experience with LTV calculations and predictions.
- In-depth knowledge of global apps and marketing ecosystems.
- Basic programming or scripting language skills.
- A/B testing expertise.
