Business Intelligence Developer

This is a key role responsible for developing and maintaining business-critical dashboards, reports, and performance metrics that support strategic decision-making.

  • Develop and design Power BI dashboards to visualize key business metrics, collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable insights.
  • Create and maintain KPI reports using Excel, including pivot tables, charts, and advanced formulas, ensuring data accuracy and consistency across all reporting platforms.
  • Optimize data models and queries for performance and scalability, providing training and support to end-users on Power BI and Excel reporting tools.
  • Collaborate closely with data engineers and analysts to ensure seamless data integration and meet evolving business needs.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in reporting, data analysis, or business intelligence.
  • Advanced proficiency in Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, and data modeling.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, including KPI dashboards, pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, conditional formatting, and advanced formulas.
  • Solid understanding of SQL and relational databases.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
