Customer Service Representative Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for communicating with customers via email in a professional and timely manner, entering and processing orders accurately into the system, maintaining records, and updating customer details as needed.

To succeed in this position, you must have previous customer service experience, particularly in an email-based setting. You should possess strong attention to detail and organizational skills, as well as experience with QuickBooks Online and Extensiv for order management. Additionally, basic knowledge of WordPress is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with customers via email to resolve inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (optional)
