We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Learning Coordinator and Support. This role will provide administrative support to the HR-LEARN Team, including tracking and maintaining records of all learners in the organization.

In this position, you will assist the L&D Specialist & L&D Manager in identifying learning needs for specific groups/individuals, suggest or recommend enhancements to enrollment procedures, and assist in registering learners for programs they need to attend.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize Enrollment Trackers and Learner Database to ensure updated learning records of all SEAOIL learners.
  • Communicate programs and events to gather interest and encourage employees to register for learning programs and events.
  • Update program designs and learning materials to ensure they are current and relevant.
  • Gather data for reporting purposes, ensuring data integrity and efficient collation from enrollment forms, evaluation sheets, and other tools.
  • Coordinate learning program delivery to ensure smooth execution, whether face-to-face or virtual.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Business/Management, or equivalent.
  • Minimum of two (2) years relevant experience in training and development.
  • Advanced proficiency in G-Sheets and/or Excel, with good data entry, visualization, and PowerPoint skills.
  • Strong planning, organizing, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Experience handling a corporate learning management system from an administrative perspective is highly desirable.
