Senior IT Security Business Analyst

\

This is a leadership role for a Senior IT Security Business Analyst to lead the analysis and documentation of project delivery needs. The successful candidate will work autonomously, produce high-quality deliverables, and bring leadership to IT initiatives.

\Key Responsibilities\
  • Gather and document business, functional and non-functional requirements aligned with security standards (E8 / NIST Level 2)
  • Work with business and IT teams to analyse and explain the feasibility of security options
  • Build and maintain exceptional business and technology stakeholder relationships
  • Collect process information and document in defined templates
  • Raise issues and risks and propose workarounds and resolutions
  • Contribute to and review requirements and process-related documentation
\Data Analysis Activities\
  • Analyse large data sets into meaningful output for consumption by stakeholders
  • Leverage advanced Excel skills to analyse, monitor, manage and predict impacts of business scenarios
  • Initiate and perform ad hoc queries to identify potential security issues within data sets
  • Uplift to data capture and analysis processes to improve analytical outcomes
\Qualifications\Required\
  • 7+ years of Business and Data Analysis experience in an Agile/Scrum environment
  • Experience in Cyber Security / Security projects (IaaS, IAM, PAM, Infrastructure Security, Cloud PaaS, CMDB data analysis)
  • Experience in Data Analysis activities managing and handling large data sets
  • Experience in Agile/Scrum environment

  • Experience as a BA on Security projects (IaaS, IAM, PAM, Infrastructure Security, Cloud PaaS, CMDB data analysis)
  • Testing experience
  • Involved in ISO 27001 audit compliance, NIST and E8 (Compliance, Audit)
  • Experience with Jira and Confluence
