Job Summary:

Performance Management & Training:

The HR Manager implements performance evaluation systems and provides feedback mechanisms. They also identify training needs and coordinate learning programs.

Compensation & Benefits:

The HR Manager ensures payroll and benefits administration is accurate and timely. They conduct salary benchmarking and recommend competitive compensation structures.

Compliance & Policy Development:

The HR Manager ensures adherence to labor laws and company policies. They update and implement HR policies in compliance with local regulations.

HR Strategy & Organizational Development:

The HR Manager aligns HR strategies with business goals and company culture. They drive change management initiatives to improve efficiency and foster diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives.
