About Us

Edifice Construction and Solutions, Co. is a dynamic organization seeking an experienced Employee Experience Manager to support various HR functions. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in human resources and be responsible for ensuring smooth operations and a positive work environment.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the performance appraisal process and assisting in the implementation of employee development programs. They will also identify training needs and coordinate internal or external training programs to foster employee growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & Staffing: Handle end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, resume screening, conducting interviews, and onboarding of new employees.
  • Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employees, addressing queries and concerns. Assist in conflict resolution and maintain a positive work culture.
  • Performance Management: Support the performance appraisal process and assist in the implementation of employee development programs.
  • Training & Development: Identify training needs and coordinate internal or external training programs to foster employee growth.
  • Compensation & Benefits: Administer payroll, benefits, and other employee compensations. Ensure compliance with company policies and local labor laws.
  • HR Compliance: Ensure adherence to all HR-related policies, procedures, and legal requirements. Support audits and maintain employee records.
  • HR Reporting: Generate and maintain HR reports to track key performance indicators, employee turnover, and other HR metrics.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of proven experience in HR roles (preferably in a generalist capacity).
  • Skills:
    • Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and recruitment practices.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Personal Attributes:
    • Detail-oriented and organized.
    • Proactive and able to work independently.
    • Strong ethical standards and ability to maintain confidentiality.

Working Conditions:

  • Full-time position
  • Monday to Friday
  • 8-5 pm
  • Regularization after 6 months probationary period
