Customer Service Representative

Job Description:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for clients and drivers, ensuring seamless communication and timely delivery of subpoena-related documents. Your role will involve coordinating daily driver routes for efficient pickups and deliveries, managing client-driver communication, and resolving issues promptly.

  • Coordinate daily driver routes to ensure efficient pickups and deliveries.
  • Manage client-driver communication to resolve issues effectively.
  • Organize job lists and assign routes to drivers using mapping tools.
  • Maintain consistent phone communication with drivers to coordinate schedules and resolve issues.
  • Reschedule appointments as needed and communicate with coordinators.
  • Receive and process order allocations from the office.
  • Update systems after each phone call.
  • Make appointments for drivers and send work updates to the office daily.
  • Review orders and determine insurance/carrier requirements.
  • Follow up with clients via phone, email, and fax.
Requirements:
  • Graduate of any Bachelor's degree or vocational/associate course.
  • Good English communication skills are essential.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience in Collections is a plus.
  • At least 1 year of call center experience is preferred.
