About the Role

Main Responsibilities

  • Sales and Business Development: Identify, prospect, and cultivate new business opportunities, leveraging your expertise and network to drive sales and client acquisitions.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic business development plans to meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the company's revenue growth and market expansion across multiple industry verticals.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in client organizations, demonstrating a deep understanding of their industry-specific needs and challenges.
  • Client Onboarding: Execute the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting and initial contact to proposal development, contract negotiation, and successful client onboarding, ensuring a seamless and positive client journey.
  • Industry Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments across digital marketing, engineering, architecture, accounting, medical, and legal sectors, using this knowledge to inform our sales strategies and offerings.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; additional certifications in sales and business development are advantageous.
  • A proven track record of at least 5 years in sales and business development within the outsourcing and recruitment industry, with a focus on digital marketing, engineering, architecture, accounting, medical, and legal sectors.
  • In-depth understanding of outsourced digital marketing, engineering, architecture, accounting, medical, and legal services, and the ability to articulate the value proposition to potential clients within these industries.
  • Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with key stakeholders across diverse industry segments.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical abilities, with a focus on driving revenue growth and market expansion across multiple industry verticals.
