Workday Payroll Consultant
">The primary role of the Workday Payroll Consultant is to implement and configure enterprise-scale Workday solutions for our global customer base. This involves working closely with team members, as well as independently and confidently managing your own workload. You will be able to understand customer requirements, design and deliver solutions that meet their needs, and support more junior members of the team by sharing your knowledge.

Required skills and qualifications include:
">A strong understanding of Workday HCM, Financials or Payroll Certification (US payroll a must)
">Experience in a customer-facing, consulting environment, with the ability to understand customer needs and build relationships
">Clear and effective communication skills, with the ability to communicate with customers and colleagues with credibility and empathy
">Good commercial awareness and a sound understanding of project and business dynamics
">Capability to work within teams and alongside customers, as well as on individual tasks with minimal supervision
">Ability to plan your own workload and meet deadlines
">Some consulting skills, such as presenting, participating in workshops, explaining functionality or solutions to customers
">Ability to apply all relevant standards and procedures to your own work, maintaining high quality, accuracy and attention to detail
">Awareness of the importance of confidentiality and non-disclosure policies and/or agreements, and ensures security of information at all times
">Ability to come up with improvements in tools and/or processes to help the practice
">Willingness to learn in-depth about relevant subject matter, such as international regulatory requirements
">Ability to rotate through various Workday delivery services, specifically Consulting and Application Management Services
">Ability to travel to customer sites in the same region, with minimal out-of-region travel required
