Job Title: Senior Service Delivery Technical ConsultantWe are seeking a skilled professional to form part of our SaaS Operations team delivering services to clients. The main purpose of the role is to contribute to the effective support and maintenance of SimCorp Dimension and all aspects of service delivery around it.Main Responsibilities:
  • The key contact for clients regarding production support, ensuring and maintaining relationships.
  • Analyse problems and issues which occur in solutions and system operations at clients' production environment on a wide range of topics independently, providing convincing and timely solutions to clients within agreed SLAs.
  • Advise and service client users independently on configuration maintenance and enhancement by providing solutions related to usage of SimCorp services and beyond, ensuring clients use services in an optimal, future-oriented way.
  • Co-operate closely with other professionals on a global level, sharing knowledge and ensuring efficient solutions for clients.
Requirements:
  • A degree in finance/economics/mathematics/computer science, with knowledge in financial issues - theoretical as well as practical.
  • Extensive experience in SQL, BI (Business Intelligence) and Data Warehousing tools.
  • Minimum 5 to 7 years' experience within asset management, funds management or custodian.
  • Experience in operation and support of front-to-back investment management solutions.
  • Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritizing and managing time effectively.
  • Proactive nature, service-minded and a natural desire for problem-solving, enthusiastic, committed, result-oriented, and able to thrive in a time-sensitive situation.
