Project Manager - Engineering Services

We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead our engineering services. This role is responsible for coordinating and delivering large-scale projects, managing project resources, and ensuring successful project outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement project plans, identifying key milestones and deliverables.
  • Maintain open communication with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Evaluate project progress, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Collaborate with engineers and technical teams to develop and deliver custom solutions.
  • Manage project risks, issues, and changes, ensuring minimal impact on project timelines and budgets.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven experience in project management, with a focus on software development and engineering services.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred.
  • Able to work effectively in a distributed team environment.
