We are seeking an exceptional Transaction Coordinator to drive client success through the effective management of all real estate transactions from pre-listing to close.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Optimize and manage Brivity CRM to enhance operational efficiency and prioritize tasks based on client needs, including transaction and database management.
  2. Oversee all aspects of buyer and seller transactions from initial contact through closing, ensuring seamless communication and timely execution.
  3. Prepare and obtain essential signatures on listing agreements and disclosures, maintaining accurate records and documentation.
  4. Input all listing information on MLS and marketing websites, submitting necessary documentation to the office broker in a timely manner.
  5. Coordinate with third-party service providers such as title/escrow, mortgage loan, and appraisal processes, ensuring compliance and regulatory adherence.
  6. Coordinate inspections, assist in negotiations regarding repairs, and ensure completion of all tasks related to the transaction.
  7. Submit all necessary documentation for file compliance, updating the client database system with accurate and up-to-date information.
  8. Conduct regular customer follow-up, gathering feedback, referrals, or performing circle prospecting activities to maintain strong client relationships.
Requirements:
  1. A degree in any field, demonstrating academic achievement and potential for professional growth.
  2. Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Google Suite, and other data management tools, showcasing technical skills and adaptability.
  3. Demonstrated attention to detail, quality orientation, and motivation by achievements, with a collaborative mindset.
  4. Ability to manage competing demands and diverse workloads, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  5. Self-motivated individual able to work independently, following business hours that align with client needs (Pacific, Central, Eastern, Mountain).
  6. A workstation that meets the required technical specifications.
