Court Interpreter Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Court Interpreter to join our team at the Regional Trial Court, Branch 77, Quezon City.

Job Summary

The Court Interpreter will act as a translator of the Court, attending court hearings, administering oaths to witnesses, and performing other duties as assigned by the Judge and/or Clerk of Court.

Responsibilities
  • Translate English to Tagalog and vice versa during court proceedings
  • Attend court hearings and provide accurate translations
  • Administer oaths to witnesses and mark exhibits
  • Prepare minutes of court sessions and maintain a record book of cases
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Judge and/or Clerk of Court
Requirements

To be eligible for this position, applicants must have a Bachelor's degree and Career Service Professional (Second Level Eligibility) certification.

Application Procedure

Interested applicants must submit a letter of application, documentary requirements, and a sworn affidavit by October 24. The application must include the date and time of the exam and interview.

Compensation

The compensation package includes benefits and allowances that may reach around Php10k/month on top of the salary.
