As a Sprinkler Take-off Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy of project estimations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct detailed analyses of plumbing and sprinkler drawings to determine material quantities and labor costs.
  • Review all project documents and drawings to assess factors impacting the scope of work, providing thorough insights for efficient project execution.
  • Obtain vendor pricing for materials and supplies to guarantee cost accuracy.
  • Input takeoff data and prepare comprehensive proposals using provided templates in Word and Excel.
  • Maintain exceptional attention to detail while ensuring timely submission of projects.
Essential Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Proven experience in Plumbing & Sprinkler Takeoffs is essential.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word & Excel is required for documentation and proposal preparation.
  • Hands-on experience with Revu Bluebeam for digital takeoffs and markup processes is highly valued.
  • Excellent analytical skills and high attention to detail are necessary for this role.
  • Strong written communication and interpersonal skills are critical for effective collaboration.
  • Exceptional time management skills are necessary to meet project deadlines.
  • Ability to interpret technical documents and blueprints with accuracy is vital.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently are key to success.
