Job Title: Plumbing Quality Control Specialist

This is a full-time role that involves managing a high volume of residential work orders daily. As a remote Quality Control Specialist, you will oversee licensed plumbers in the field and be responsible for reviewing diagnoses, validating scopes, and ensuring quality control before work progresses.

Responsibilities include managing numerous plumbing work orders daily across residential sites, evaluating contractor reports, photos, and videos for accuracy, identifying incomplete or inaccurate bids and coordinating with contractors to resolve issues, providing technical guidance and escalating quality concerns appropriately, ensuring all documentation and data entries are accurate and complete, serving as the final QA checkpoint before work approval, scheduling, or billing, utilizing internal platforms for efficient workflow management, and collaborating with internal teams to troubleshoot delays or issues.

To succeed in this role, you should have 3–5+ years of hands-on residential plumbing experience, Master Plumber certification or equivalent, strong diagnostic skills with the ability to assess work via photos, videos, and notes, familiarity with common residential plumbing issues, ability to identify subpar work and guide contractors toward correct scope, clear, confident communication skills for technical discussions, willingness to switch from fieldwork to a fully remote role, quick adaptability to new software platforms, excellent organizational skills managing multiple work orders, and fluency in English, both verbal and written.

Benefits include an annual salary range of $800-$1500 per month based on experience, annual bonus up to $1,500 including a $500 bonus at 90 days, 13th-month pay, HMO coverage for employees and dependents, 16 days of PTO annually, and budget for ongoing education.
