About This Role

This position requires the following key responsibilities:

  • To staff client shifts by matching the best caregiver with each client based on their needs and preferences.
  • To take initiative in building rapport and relationships with US-based team members.
  • To manage our service delivery platform to ensure it meets our company's standards.
  • To answer phone calls and provide top-notch customer service to our clients.
  • To prepare daily and weekly staffing reports that provide valuable insights into our operations.
  • To support payroll functions and provide HR support to our healthcare workers.

This role demands strong problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to adapt to changing circumstances in a dynamic environment. The successful candidate will have a background in customer service and be comfortable working with technology.
