Account Manager Job Description

As a key member of our team, you will be the primary point of contact for clients across various online marketplaces, ensuring their needs are met, issues are resolved efficiently, and opportunities for business growth are maximized.

Your role will involve developing account strategies, analyzing campaign performance, optimizing visibility, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional results. Success in this role requires strong analytical skills, client management expertise, and a deep understanding of e-commerce marketplace dynamics.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing comprehensive business plans and account strategies to support global channel growth.
  • Conceptualizing and leading tailored marketing campaigns in collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
  • Aligning buying strategies with campaign planning to ensure business goals (sales, gross margin, and sell-through rate) are achieved.
  • Campaign performance and post-sale analytics, identifying missed opportunities and developing action plans for future performance improvements.

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in Business, E-commerce, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • +5 years of experience in e-commerce, account management, or marketplace strategy.
  • Proven track record of driving sales and growth in a multi-channel or online marketplace environment.
