Job Title

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Advertising Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the marketing department, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing high-value Google Ads accounts across multiple clients.

Your primary objective will be to execute campaign optimizations, monitor and adjust bid strategies, and implement campaign structure improvements. You will also be responsible for analyzing campaign performance metrics, tracking and monitoring KPIs, identifying performance trends, and generating actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow structured optimization checklists to ensure consistency and efficiency in your work.
  • Perform regular account audits to identify areas for improvement.
  • Identify optimization opportunities and execute data-driven improvements to enhance campaign performance.
  • Develop and maintain process documentation to ensure seamless communication and knowledge transfer within the team.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in Google Ads management, with a proven track record of managing $10K+ monthly ad spend accounts.
  • Strong background in data analytics and reporting, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and communicate findings effectively.
  • Experience with structured optimization processes and a history of achieving measurable campaign improvements.
