Job Description

A high-quality technical writer is required to create and maintain a knowledge base. The successful candidate will be responsible for researching, writing, and developing new and updated articles, FAQs, troubleshooting guides, snippets, and internal enablement docs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop content that empowers customers to self-serve and enables internal teams to move faster with confidence.
  • Partner closely with Product Managers and Engineers to deeply understand new features and translate technical detail into clear, customer-ready content.
  • Collaborate with Support, Customer Success, and Enablement teams to capture recurring issues, identify knowledge gaps, and improve internal workflows.
  • Use AI-assisted tools to accelerate drafting, auditing, and surfacing weak or duplicate content.
Requirements:
  • Customer Focus: Writes with empathy, prioritizing clarity and usability for customers and internal teams.
  • Technical Expertise: Proficient in CMS platforms, analytics dashboards, and structured authoring systems.
  • Proficient in Git, HTML, and docs-as-code.
  • Strong written and verbal skills to engage with SMEs and explain technical concepts.
  • Builds strong partnerships with cross-functional teams.
