Job Title: Data Analyst

Job Description:

The primary responsibility of a Data Analyst is to interpret complex data and present findings in a clear, concise manner. This role requires exceptional analytical skills, the ability to think creatively, and excellent communication skills.

As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining data models in relational databases and unstructured forms to enable innovative problem-solving and insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Act as a bridge between analytics and IT teams, bringing a data-driven perspective to the business.

  2. Leverage data modeling skills to create data models that would serve the Data Engineers to build new databases.

  3. Produce data models using SQL and other tools.

  4. Develop and automate tables serving as a base for regular updates.

  5. Design and enhance data structures to ensure accuracy and integrity.

  6. Modify applications to extract relevant information from company databases.

  7. Collaborate with data analysts, data scientists, and industry experts.

  8. Understand how data should be transformed, loaded, presented.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in analytical work with large datasets and relational databases.
  • Experience in data preparation and mapping data modeling/analysis Entity-Relationship Model.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with data engineers and scientists.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in SQL and relational databases.
  • Advanced knowledge of data analysis and statistical techniques.
  • Proficiency in PowerBI and Cognos.
