Key Role:

We are seeking a skilled Marketing Visualizer to spearhead the creation and execution of high-impact visual design briefs across our marketing divisions.

The successful candidate will work closely with our growth team to develop innovative design concepts, leveraging their expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and video/animation editing tools.

This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results.

You will be responsible for maintaining consistency across all channels while injecting fresh, eye-catching creativity into our brand's visual identity.

The ideal candidate will possess a keen analytical mind, enabling them to optimize design for performance using data-driven insights.

  • Designing engaging visual content for marketing campaigns, including social media ads, display ads, email graphics, event banners, landing page imagery, and promo videos
  • Maintaining consistency across all channels while injecting fresh, eye-catching creativity
  • Collaborating with marketers, copywriters, and other designers to align visuals with campaign goals
  • Managing multiple fast-moving projects with tight deadlines, from concept to final delivery
  • Staying updated on design trends, marketing best practices, and emerging platforms
Your Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • 2+ years of experience as a marketing designer, graphic designer, or similar role
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma
  • Animation creation and video editing skills (After Effects, Premiere Pro)
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and creative requirements for each
  • Experience working with website graphics and design in a B2B environment
  • Ability to work quickly and efficiently without sacrificing quality
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
  • Keen analytical mind, able to optimize design for performance using data-driven insights
