Visual Marketing Specialist

This role involves creating original and engaging visual content for social media, email campaigns, and digital advertising. You will be responsible for designing graphics, illustrations, and other visual materials that align with the brand's aesthetic.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a consistent visual identity across all marketing touchpoints.
  • Design original graphics, illustrations, and other visual materials for social media, email campaigns, and digital advertising.
  • Grow and engage social media channels by producing visually compelling, brand-aligned content that resonates with the target audience.
  • Translate marketing strategies and audience insights into impactful visual storytelling across multiple platforms.
  • Conduct regular competitor analysis to identify trends, benchmark performance, and uncover new content opportunities.
  • Develop and present weekly social media performance reports, providing key insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to ensure creative alignment with brand and campaign objectives.
  • Stay current with fashion trends, social media best practices, and emerging design techniques to inspire fresh, relevant content.
  • Ensure all creative assets adhere to platform-specific requirements and align with brand guidelines for optimal performance.
  • Design and produce digital and print marketing materials, including banners, postcards, lookbooks, and promotional collateral.

Requirements:

  1. 1–2 years of experience in the fashion industry (preferred).
  2. 1–2 years of experience managing social media platforms and creating content.
  3. Proven experience designing fashion-focused assets for e-commerce, email marketing, and social media advertising.
  4. Strong knowledge of social media content requirements and optimization techniques.
  5. Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  6. Basic video editing skills.
  7. Familiarity with preparing print-ready files and working with print production standards.
  8. Strong typographic skills.
  9. Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  10. Solid portfolio demonstrating innovative design work.
  11. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  12. Knowledge of Google Analytics and social media analytics tools.
