We are seeking a highly organized and resourceful IT Specialist to support and streamline our operations through system maintenance, automation, and troubleshooting across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues, manage monthly updates for WordPress, maintain and update lightweight custom scripts, build and manage workflow automations with Zapier as a central tool, and support and configure Airtable bases, views, automations, and permission settings.
  2. Collaborate with developers on advanced workflows and integrations using Zapier and N8n, maintain syncing and data integrity between Salesforce and Airtable, provide tech support for Google Workspace including access and permission issues, and offer general technical assistance across teams and departments.
  3. Document internal systems and help optimize workflows, align technical solutions with production and operations needs, and create and refine task templates and internal workflow systems.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or a related technical role, with proven experience managing and troubleshooting WordPress/WooCommerce, Airtable, Salesforce, and GSuite/Google Workspace.
  • Strong expertise in Zapier, preferably with experience building workflows and working with its agent capabilities, familiarity with scripting for automations (JavaScript, PHP, or similar), and prior exposure to AI agents in automation tools is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and communicate clearly, comfortable collaborating across departments in a remote-first environment.

This is a full-time position in an IT services and consulting industry.
