Job Summary

We are looking for a Payroll Optimization Expert to support our business process optimization efforts. In this role, you will assist with implementing our HRIS system and maintaining our compensation database.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for troubleshooting any issues or discrepancies in our systems and ensuring alignment with payroll compliance updates. You will also coordinate the filing of our payroll compliance requirements and provide coverage to our current payroll processor when out of office.

Our ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and excellent attention to detail. Experience with US payroll, preferably in New York, is required. Proficiency in Excel is also necessary.
