This position is part of a rapidly expanding healthcare management organization seeking a skilled professional to manage the full provider credentialing lifecycle. This includes verifying licenses, certifications and work history for compliance and accuracy. The selected candidate will also be responsible for liaising with external entities, editing and formatting credentialing documents and maintaining well-organized digital records.

  • Manage end-to-end credentialing workflows independently\
  • Verify licenses, certifications and education for compliance and accuracy\
  • Liaise with insurance companies and other entities to secure approvals\
  • Edit, merge and format credentialing documents using Adobe Acrobat Pro\
  • Maintain well-organized digital records and ensure audit readiness\
  • Track deadlines, expirations and renewals using structured systems\
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with stakeholders\
  • Generate regular credentialing status reports\
  • Classify and manage anesthesia-related documentation\
  • Support administrative projects and contribute to team efficiency initiatives\
  • Minimum 2 years of medical credentialing or healthcare administration experience\
  • Demonstrated ability to manage credentialing workflows independently\
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Acrobat Pro\
  • Advanced Google Workspace skills\
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English\
  • High attention to detail and organizational precision\
  • Ability to work consistently within PT business hours\
  • Stable wired internet connection of at least 25 Mbps\
