Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Visual Experience Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our design group, you will be responsible for creating high-quality visual content that supports our educational materials and brand identity.

Your primary focus will be on designing digital and print visuals, including website graphics, email campaigns, social media posts, landing pages, one-pagers, and more. You will also develop visual content that supports educational materials, such as blog illustrations, infographics, and product guides.

In this role, you will work closely with our marketing, sales, and product teams to maintain a unified visual identity across departments and campaigns. Your goal will be to create visuals that drive engagement, conversions, and brand recognition.

You can expect to work on tasks such as creating branded graphics for webinars, collaborating with the content team to design infographics, updating product brochures, and designing icons to visually differentiate features within our fundraising platform.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in digital design, branding, and visual storytelling.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign) or other equivalent professional design tools.
  • An excellent understanding of visual hierarchy, layout, typography, and user-centered design.
  • The ability to manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines consistently.
Preferred Skills

We are looking for candidates with experience designing for SaaS, tech, or nonprofit-focused companies. Familiarity with HTML/CSS and web design principles is also a plus. Video editing and motion graphics skills are not required but considered valuable.
