Design System Specialist

The Design System Specialist plays a pivotal role in shaping digital experiences, driving consistency and scalability through a unified visual language across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and evolve a cohesive visual identity, encompassing typography, color, iconography, and components to ensure brand integrity.
  • Collaborate with design and development teams to maintain and scale Figma libraries for desktop and mobile applications.
  • Conduct regular audits of UI and design system assets to identify gaps and implement improvements aligned with brand and platform guidelines.
  • Establish a scalable contribution model to support autonomous product teams in creating reusable design foundations and cohesive UX/UI guidelines.
Requirements:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex design challenges at scale.
  • Proven experience in building and maintaining design systems for web and mobile platforms.
  • Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and accessibility standards.
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, Principle, and AI-powered design tools.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams including engineering, product, and research.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering consistent, scalable, and high-quality user experiences.
