Senior IAM Engineer Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior IAM Engineer to join our team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems to ensure secure access to sensitive data and applications.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of IAM concepts, technologies, and best practices. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business needs while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, implement, and manage IAM systems, including authentication, authorization, and accounting (AAA) services
  • Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and standards for IAM system management
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business requirements and develop solutions to meet those needs
  • Perform risk assessments and security audits to ensure IAM systems are properly configured and up-to-date
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong background in IAM concepts, technologies, and best practices
  • Hands-on experience with IAM products such as SailPoint, Saviynt, Okta, and Microsoft
  • Experience with development languages such as Java, Python, and C#
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
