Web Application Developer Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and solutions-oriented Front-End Developer to build responsive, efficient, and visually compelling user interfaces for web applications. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of React, performance optimization, and integration of geospatial data into web applications.

The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop complex front-end applications using React, integrate spatial mapping tools such as Mapbox, Google Maps API, or Esri into web applications, optimize application performance across various browsers and devices, and ensure responsive design, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.

In addition, the developer will collaborate with backend engineers to integrate RESTful APIs and GraphQL, participate in sprint planning, daily standups, and code reviews within Agile teams, and maintain production-level applications using JavaScript and TypeScript.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop complex front-end applications using React
  • Integrate spatial mapping tools into web applications
  • Optimize application performance across various browsers and devices
  • Ensure responsive design, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility
  • Collaborate with backend engineers to integrate RESTful APIs and GraphQL
  • Participate in Agile team activities
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience developing production-level applications using JavaScript and TypeScript
  • Advanced knowledge and hands-on experience with React, including efficient use of hooks, state/store patterns, and performance tuning
  • Proven ability to integrate and work with geospatial mapping libraries (Mapbox, Google Maps API, Esri, etc.)
  • Deep understanding of responsive web design principles and accessibility best practices
Nice-to-Haves:
  • Understanding of geospatial data formats such as GeoJSON, shapefiles, and KMZ
  • Exposure to telecom or utility network planning and infrastructure workflows
