About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned content marketing expert to drive business growth through strategic storytelling.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for shaping editorial strategy, producing and repurposing assets, and distributing them across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, create, and optimize content across various formats.
  • Align content with business objectives—pipeline generation, brand awareness, and client trust.
  • Transform a single concept into multiple pieces of content across different channels, each with its specific purpose.
  • Collaborate with sales, leadership, and subject-matter experts to capture stories, proof points, and differentiators.
  • Track performance and continuously refine effective strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends in CX, EX, and BPO to fuel timely, relevant commentary.
  • Maintain awareness of emerging channels, shifting algorithms, new B2B trends—and bring innovative ideas to the table.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
  • 4-6 years of experience in B2B content marketing.
  • A proven track record of building content programs that drive measurable results.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills.
  • A strong understanding of the B2B buyer's journey, lead nurturing, and pipeline-focused marketing tactics.
  • Data-driven mindset.
  • Comfort level interviewing executives, clients, and SMEs.
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics 4, SEO, LinkedIn distribution, and a basic understanding of marketing automation in HubSpot and SEMrush.
  • Strong project management skills.
