Marketing Content Specialist

Job Overview

Develop and execute a range of impactful content to support marketing and sales initiatives. This role offers flexibility, growth potential, and the opportunity to create content that resonates with our B2B audience.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Content Creation & Campaign Execution: Develop email campaigns, landing pages, how-to guides, and sales collateral that effectively communicate value to customers.
  2. Manage end-to-end execution of email marketing campaigns, from content creation to performance tracking.
  3. Sales and Customer Success Support: Enhance sales decks, presentations, and product overviews, ensuring consistent and impactful messaging and design.
  4. Template Development: Design adaptable templates for various industry partners, channels, and products, making marketing processes efficient and scalable.
  5. Research & Best Practices: Stay current with B2B content best practices, leveraging industry research and examples to create data-driven content.
  6. Organization & Reporting: Maintain organized records of campaign tracking, target audiences, and engagement metrics.

  • Independent and Resourceful: Work with minimal supervision, bringing projects to 80% completion with initial direction.
  • Collaborative Communicator: Effectively communicate with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams to align content with cross-functional goals.
  • Eager Learner: Stay up-to-date with B2B marketing trends and techniques, incorporating these into content.
  • Analytical and Data-Driven: Approach content with an analytical mindset, tracking key metrics to drive informed decisions.
  • Creative and Brand-Aligned: Balance creativity with brand consistency, delivering engaging and visually cohesive content.
  • Remote Problem-Solver: Tackle issues independently, navigating remote challenges.
  • Goal-Oriented: Prioritize content that meets strategic goals, driving user engagement and supporting customer acquisition.
  • Technical Competency: Skilled in HubSpot (or similar CRM), Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Suite, and Canva.
