As a key player in driving brand success, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that align with business objectives. This role requires a strong understanding of market trends, consumer insights, and sales data to refine positioning and promotional plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute brand strategies that align with category goals and overall business objectives.
  • Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and sales data to refine positioning and promotional plans.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance brand positioning and implement marketing initiatives.
  • Define and track brand performance KPIs to ensure brand growth and market competitiveness.
Brand Marketing & Execution
  • Lead the development and implementation of brand campaigns and digital activations to drive awareness and conversion.
  • Partner with marketing, retail, and sales teams to execute brand initiatives effectively across multiple channels.
  • Ensure all marketing materials and executions are in line with brand guidelines and standards.
Commercial & Financial Management
  • Monitor brand P&L to ensure sustainable profitability and cost efficiency.
  • Analyze sales performance and inventory levels to provide recommendations on pricing and product assortment.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in brand management or a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of brand strategy, market research, and digital marketing trends.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable business strategies.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
