Role Overview

As a key player in driving brand success within LUXASIA, you will be responsible for developing and executing brand strategies that align with business objectives. Your expertise will enable the enhancement of brand positioning, implementation of marketing initiatives, and optimization of brand performance.

This role collaborates closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of brand activities. Your analytical mindset and ability to translate data into actionable strategies will be essential in driving business growth and market competitiveness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute brand strategies aligned with category goals and overall business objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of brand activities
  • Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and sales data to refine positioning and promotional plans
  • Assist in preparation of annual business plans, including revenue targets, budget allocation, and key initiatives
  • Define and track brand performance KPIs to ensure brand growth and market competitiveness
Brand Marketing & Execution
  • Lead development and implementation of brand campaigns, digital activations, and in-store promotions to drive awareness, conversion, and loyalty
  • Collaborate with marketing, retail, and sales teams to execute brand initiatives effectively across multiple channels
  • Ensure all marketing materials and executions are in line with brand guidelines and LUXASIA's standards
  • Partner with retail teams to enhance merchandising, visibility, and consumer engagement strategies
Qualifications and Experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or a related field within the retail, luxury beauty, or fragrance industry
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of brand strategy, market research, and digital marketing trends
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable business strategies
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and manage multiple projects effectively
