The Role
- This is a highly strategic role to deliver successful enhancements for HCM Cloud suite.
- 7 years of Implementation / Support experience in implementing Oracle HCM Applications, working with Functional teams to deliver technical backlogs in at least 2 Oracle HCM Cloud Suites.
- Hands-on role resolving issues in implementation projects, building POCs, enhancing and building new tools related to HCM data migration and HCM reporting.
We are looking for an expert who has functional knowledge of HCM Cloud modules to understand requirements and design solutions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Configure, develop, and oversee Oracle HCM Cloud modules including Core HR, Absences, Time & Labor, Payroll, Compensation, and Talent & Performance.
- Experience in delivering Oracle HCM new Redwood UI features.
- Resolve performance issues in data migration, integration, and reporting tracks.
Must have expertise in multiple technical areas, including HCM Extracts, BIP, OTBI, Fast Formula, and OVB. Knowledge of Oracle SOA Suite, BPEL, Mediator, Business Rules, Web Services, and systems integration, security, user provisioning, and single sign-on technologies is also required.
