Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud HCM Solution Architect to join our team at Willis Towers Watson.

  • This role will involve playing a strategic part in delivering successful enhancements for the HCM Cloud suite.
  • The ideal candidate will have 7 years of experience in implementing and supporting Oracle HCM Applications, with strong functional knowledge of HCM Cloud modules.
  • They should be able to work with the functional team to deliver technical backlog in Oracle HCM Cloud Suite and play a hands-on role to resolve issues in implementation projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Configuring, developing, and overseeing Oracle HCM Cloud modules including Core HR, Absences, Time & Labor, Payroll, Compensation, and Talent & Performance.
  • Delivering Oracle HCM new Redwood UI features and resolving performance issues in data migration, integration, and reporting tracks.
  • Tuning SQL and being knowledgeable of best practices for HDL, HCM Extracts, BIP, OTBI, and Fast Formula.

Qualifications

  • 7 years' experience in architecting Reporting Analytics solutions for Oracle cloud.
  • Experience in developing and implementing integrations using HCM extracts and BIP.
  • Strong understanding of Oracle SOA Suite, BPEL, Mediator, Business Rules, Web Services, and systems integration, security, user provisioning, and single sign-on technologies.
