  • Creative Leadership: Guide and manage a team of editors, designers, animators, and DOPs to deliver exceptional visual content.
  • Project Oversight: Manage production workflows, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality projects.
  • Quality Control: Maintain attention to detail to ensure every project meets high visual and creative benchmarks.
Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of experience in IT or a blue-chip company is required.
  • 3-5 years of experience in creative leadership roles at a creative agency is preferred.
