Job Description:

The Art Director will play a pivotal role in shaping the brand's creative vision. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in digital design and branding.

  • Lead the development of innovative concepts, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and marketing goals.
  • Oversee the creation of high-quality visual assets for email campaigns, social media, digital ads, and other marketing materials.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all platforms, ensuring a strong and recognizable visual identity.

The successful candidate will also collaborate with copywriters, marketers, and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive storytelling across campaigns, as well as provide mentorship and constructive feedback to a team of designers.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Art Director, Digital Designer, or Senior Designer, preferably in e-commerce or digital marketing.
  • At least 2 years of experience managing and mentoring a creative team.
