Job Title: Site Reliability Engineer

As a highly skilled system administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and performance of our systems. You will work proactively to automate processes, identify system bottlenecks, and implement best practices to prevent downtime and ensure high availability.

You have a passion for maintaining production systems and improving user experience. You are adept at using monitoring tools to foresee issues before they affect users and have experience in incident management to resolve issues swiftly.

You will create automation scripts, develop and manage monitoring systems, and set up alerts to proactively address issues. Your ability to design and implement automated CI/CD pipelines is essential to this role.

Key Qualifications:

Education and Experience
  • A bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role with expertise in cloud platforms, containerization, and orchestration technologies.
Technical Skills
  • Strong proficiency in PostgreSQL, including database design, performance tuning, and querying techniques.
  • Experience with scripting languages such as Python and proficiency in cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
  • Knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Experience with infrastructure as code tools and familiarity with monitoring and logging tools.
