Project Management Role Overview

This Construction Project Manager position is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects from inception to completion.

  • The ideal candidate will have experience in project management software and Microsoft Office 365, with a proven track record of managing construction projects, including residential construction, townhouses, single-family homes, and small apartments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage project schedules, scope, and inspections required by authorities.
  • Coordinate pre-construction activities, bid preparation, and project timelines.
  • Track project progress, milestones, and budgets, addressing risks and issues.
  • Monitor and report on project status, resolving delays or issues.

Requirements:

  • 4 to 6 years of construction or project management experience or equivalent education.
  • Effective communication skills with subcontractors, vendors, and government agencies.
  • Ability to prepare and track project timelines and budgets.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Flexibility to adapt in a dynamic environment.
