We are seeking a skilled Creative Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our creative department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of creative projects, managing timelines, and fostering seamless collaboration across teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of creative projects, primarily focused on video content.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and schedules.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Act as the primary liaison between creative teams, strategists, and other stakeholders.
  • Facilitate seamless communication and collaboration within the creative team.
  • Identify potential roadblocks and proactively implement solutions to keep projects on track.
  • Organize and assign tasks, tracking progress and ensuring accountability.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience managing creative teams, preferably within a marketing or eCommerce environment.
  • Proficiency in ClickUp is essential, with knowledge of other project management tools like Asana and Notion being beneficial.
  • Demonstrated strong organizational and leadership skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate project requirements clearly.
  • A proactive problem-solver with a keen eye for detail.
  • Experience working with remote teams and understanding their unique dynamics.
  • Ability to foster a collaborative and productive team environment.
