Lead Creative Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative individual to drive the development of visual and creative assets for our organization.

This role involves hands-on creation of compelling visual assets, including graphics, videos, email creatives, social media content, and website materials.

  • Actively develop and create high-quality visual assets that engage audiences and meet project objectives.
  • Oversee the entire creative production process, from ideation to execution, ensuring projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, content, and design) and external consultants to produce high-quality creative assets.
  • Serve as the main point of contact between internal teams and external marketing partners, agencies, and consultants to ensure clear communication and alignment on project objectives.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail. They will be proficient in project management software and tools, including ClickUp. A passion for history and education is highly desirable.

This role requires strong interpersonal and communication skills, adept at navigating diverse team dynamics and stakeholder relationships. The ability to work independently and under minimal supervision is essential.

Additional qualifications include proficiency in Canva for creating visual content, experience with Klaviyo or similar email marketing platforms, and knowledge of photo and video editing software.
