Explore the dynamic world of platform security engineering, where innovation meets expertise. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, evaluating, installing, and administering components and facilities for platform-specific infrastructure.

A key aspect of this position is providing technical support services to personnel in other IT teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and efficient problem-solving. You will also plan, prepare, recommend, and implement medium-term roadmaps for enterprise-level infrastructure, driving strategic growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install and administer infrastructure components and facilities, maintaining uptime, performance, and security at agreed service levels.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, researching new technologies and best practices to improve infrastructure administration and optimize cost-effectiveness.
  • Provide expert technical support and consultancy services to colleagues in data center operations, applications management, and risk management, ensuring informed decision-making and optimal application design.
  • Collaborate with infrastructure vendors to stay informed about product updates, fixes, and support requirements, fostering strong relationships and driving business success.
  • Monitor the health and performance of assigned infrastructure components, reporting regularly to senior leaders and taking proactive steps to address any issues.
  • Perform regular maintenance tasks, such as system backups, vendor preventive maintenance, and configuration documentation, to ensure smooth operation and compliance.
  • Document and maintain accurate records of infrastructure configurations, ensuring easy access and transparency.
  • Manage change, availability, security, and patch management processes, prioritizing risk mitigation and business continuity.
  • Be prepared to take on additional responsibilities as needed, driving adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
