Our organization is seeking a skilled Junior Accountant to support our financial operations. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and compliance of our financial reports.

The Junior Accountant will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and analysis of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. They will also process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions, reconcile bank statements, and monitor cash flow.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  2. Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
  3. Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow.
  4. Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
  5. Maintain accurate and organized records of financial transactions.
  6. Support the preparation of tax filings and compliance reports.
  7. Collaborate with other departments to gather financial data and resolve discrepancies.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  2. 1-2 years of relevant accounting experience.
  3. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  5. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  7. Strong organizational and time management skills.
  8. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
